Erica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Masters Degree from the University of Chicago. Erica aims to provide an authentic space for self-exploration, personal growth, and transformation. Erica's therapy style is grounded in trauma-informed care, mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral interventions, and a strengths-based approach. Erica utilizes a variety of treatment approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). 

Erica enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and trauma. Erica also enjoys working with young adults, new parents, and those experiencing stressful life transitions. Erica utilizes culturally responsive practices and provides a safe, non-judgmental space to process uncomfortable emotions, stress, and life challenges. Through Erica's experience working in residential treatment centers, schools, and community mental health settings, Erica utilizes a strengths-based, collaborative approach to support clients in their ability to create goals and develop self-confidence to thrive in their lives.
