Natalie comes to the counseling profession from a diverse background of career experience. She has worked for a decade in corporate settings, and as a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher since 2018. Her involvement in a nonprofit serving refugee families in Roanoke, as well as a deep love of psychology and personal growth, led her to become a counselor.

Natalie works with clients to develop self-acceptance, self-support, and alignment with their inner strengths.  Working through anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and other challenges can be next to impossible to address by ourselves. Natalie provides support through these experiences with evidence-based methods, particularly Person-Centered Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices. She has extensive experience with diverse populations through her previous employment, and welcomes all demographics and orientations to her practice.

Natalie currently practices counseling under the supervision of Tom Heasley, MA, LPC, LMFT, LPC Supervisor.
