- Natalie works with clients to develop self-acceptance, self-support, and alignment with their inner strengths.  Working through anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and other challenges can be next to impossible to address by ourselves. Natalie provides support through these experiences with evidence-based methods, particularly Person-Centered Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices. She has extensive experience with diverse populations through her previous employment, and welcomes all demographics and orientations to her practice.
