- Nick's counseling work has primarily focused on college students and the post-graduating experience with concerns related to anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, and relationship concerns; however, he specialize in any client ages 18-30. His primary approach to counseling is an integration of multiple approaches that include Acceptance and
Commitment therapy, client centered therapies and Existential therapy. In essence, this integrative counseling approach strives to balance self-awareness, a genuine and empathic relationship with the client, and a collaborative effort at identifying how to accept the things we cannot control that stress us out so much. His role is to collaborate
in reaching whatever goals you may have for yourself by providing nonjudgmental support and helping to facilitate your journey, whatever form it may take. He strives to empower you and assist you in expanding healthy self-awareness that you will use a tool for control, success, and happiness.
