Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler
We are currently seeking a part time person to help us run the front desk and schedule our new clients. This position is on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a one hour lunch break.
Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, discussing new client's needs and identifying the best therapist to match their needs. You will also assist the office manager with other duties when the phones are quiet, including reviewing and handling incoming faxes, emails, basic billing inquires, and attestation updates.
Our best candidates have a kind understanding and compassion to meet our clients' needs and be a wonderful team player (we have formed a really fabulous team and we would love you to feel part of that experience). You must also have good knowledge about how to use a computer, including programs such as Microsoft Office 365 and be able to learn our firm software. Excellent telephone etiquette and communication is a must as you will be interacting with our clients throughout your mornings.
