Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler

We are currently seeking a part-time person to help us run the front desk and schedule our new clients. This position is Monday through Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (with a one-hour lunch break) and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, discussing new client's needs and identifying the best therapist to match clients' needs. Other duties include reviewing and handling incoming faxes, emails, basic billing inquiries, reports, spreadsheets, and attestation updates.
Our best candidates have a kind understanding and compassion to meet our clients' needs and wonderful team player (we have formed a really fabulous team and we would love you to feel part of that experience). You must also have excellent knowledge of computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. and be able to learn our firm software (Therapy Notes). Excellent telephone etiquette and communication is a must as you will be interacting with our clients and staff throughout your day.
