- Tammy offers complementary therapy approaches and techniques for individuals and couples. Her work with clients is collaborative and focuses on developing and enhancing the client's strengths and well-being.  Tammy possesses particular advanced training and specialization in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Relationship Counseling.  Tammy utilizes an eclectic approach to counseling which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
