We are very happy you are taking this first step towards finding a therapist who is great for you. To set your first appointment, click on "New Client Appointment" below and follow the prompts.
Therapists availability change daily. When we receive your new appointment request, we will reach out to you to discuss your options based upon your Therapist's availability and your insurance. We very much look forward to meeting you.

Therapy Notes
Our Online Video and EHR Platform
We use Therapy Notes because we believe it is the most efficient and manageable way for our clients to connect with their therapist. Therapy Notes allows us to bill clients, set up secure sessions, manage schedules, take confidential notes, and give clients their own poral to access paperwork and therapy tools.
For first time or returning clients, we want your experience to be as easy as possible. During the intake process, you will receive an email to set up your personal portal account. This will be the place you complete your intake paperwork, as well as to access video appointments (please check with your therapist about this.) Whether on a mobile devise or laptop, your Therapy Notes Portal can be accessed using the link below.
Clicking the button below will take you to the portal sign on page. From there, you can adjust your settings, account information, and access your session. Thank you!

Prior to your first appointment, we will contact you and email all the information you need for your first appointment, including your intake forms. Everything is quick and easy to complete online.

We work with an expert billing company to help keep you informed and maximize your insurance benefits. Further, we bill most health insurance companies and our billing experts can check your plan prior to your first session.

Psychotherapy Fees:
The fee for a 55 minute psychotherapy session is ranges from $100 to $170 depending on your therapist's qualifications (individual, marital or family). Group therapy ranges from $50 to $60 a session. Co-pays, deductibles and fees are due at the time of service. For your convenience, fees can be paid by credit card.
