Katrina’s education and counseling experience focuses on helping others find balance and inner happiness. Katrina utilizes theoretical styles such as cognitive psychology, mindfulness, humanistic, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She provides a safe, non-judgmental environment allowing the opportunity for self-exploration and growth through the utilization of therapeutic tools and insight needed to change unwanted behaviors, thoughts, and unhealthy behavior patterns.

Katrina has particular specialization in Grief and Loss therapy with a large percentage of her client base seeking bereavement specialization and assistance.

Katrina is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience counseling adults and adolescents. Her education, training and professional background allows her to work effectively with an extensive client-base, addressing such issues as parental difficulties, anxiety, depression, self-esteem problems, self-empowerment, bereavement, lifecycle transitions, abuse and anger management.
